Scholarship Application Procedure:
- Fill up the application forms available at the Office of the Scholarship Coordinator
- Present the following together with the duly accomplished application form:
- Photocopy of high school card (for freshman applicants)
- Report of grades issued by the Registrar (for sophomore to senior student applicants)
- Photocopy of present registration form
- Certificate of Indigence
