Abstract
The researcher made an effort to assess instructors' readiness for the deployment of flipped classroom technology teaching using the descriptive method. Additionally, it recognized the significant correlation between and among teachers' age, gender, and years of experience and their level of proficiency and usage in flipped classroom technology. More specifically, it identified the extent of teachers' confidence in the use of technology and the flipped classroom model. Twenty teachers from the MMSU Laboratory Schools-Batac Campus participated in the study. An adapted survey was used to collect data from March to May of the academic year 2020–2021. The instructors' confidence in using technology and the flipped classroom style was demonstrated by the results. It also revealed that they are knowledgeable about the various flipped classroom technologies and that they use them frequently. Results showed that age and years of experience had a significant relationship to the level of proficiency of teachers on the use of flipped classroom technology. This significant relationship was found between the demographic profile of the respondents and their level of proficiency and usage on the use of flipped classroom technology. Their degree of usage also significantly related to their age and years of experience. Additionally, there is no discernible gender difference in the teachers' level of proficiency and usage on the use of flipped classroom technology.
