Guidelines for Securing Authority to Travel Abroad for SUCs
For: SUCs Presidents/Officers-in-Charge and Board Secretaries under the Charge of Comm. Perfecto A. Alibin
Requirements for Issuance of Travel Authority of SUCs Presidents:
- Request Letter
- IAS Endorsement (attached)
- Invitation Letter
- Designation of an OIC
- Board Resolution and Referendum approving the travel and source of fund
- Itinerary of Travel
- List of Previous Travels
- Leave Form (IF PERSONAL)
Additional Documents if University funds will be used: - Breakdown of Expenses
- Certification of Availability of Funds (CAF)
- University officials who will be accompanying the President and its justification.
