Abstract: The descriptive study was conducted to assess the level of implementation of frontline services, level of quality service orientation and practice and the level of client satisfaction of ISPSC. It also focused on the relationship between the personnel related profile and the level of implementation of frontline services. There are 336 respondents which composed of two groups; the frontline service providers of the six campuses of ISPSC and the stakeholder. Results revealed that majority of the frontline service providers are within the age bracket of 31 – 40 years old, female, married, college graduates, have been working in the college for more than 11 years and attended 6 and above seminars and trainings. Most of the stakeholders are students within the aged bracket of 21 - 30, female and single. The respondents are very highly satisfied on the implementation of frontline services of ISPSC, highly satisfied on the quality-of-service orientation and practice of frontline service providers and very highly satisfied on the services offered by ISPSC frontliners. Age, civil status, highest educational attainment and number of years in service showed relationship on the implementation of frontline services. Frontline service providers and their clientele have encountered a minimal problem on the implementation of frontline services of ISPSC. However, it is suggested that the frontline service providers should continue attending seminars and trainings to further improve their services.
