Abstract
This research focuses on the development and implementation of a computerized profiling system in Candon City that enables users to manage personal and membership data of the residents. The system offers features like Comprehensive Personal Data Profile along with a query system to extract specific data and report generation capability. The XP software development methodology follows a systematic approach to software development, consisting of several key phases: planning, designing, coding, testing, and listening. The study concludes that the product is user-friendly, effective, and meets the needs and expectations of its users. The system can be an efficient tool for enhancing public safety, improving public services, and promoting economic development in the city. The system's overall acceptability is very high as indicated by a mean rating of 4.29. This indicates that the system is well-designed and successfully meets the needs and expectations of its users. The study recommends that the local government should establish a task force or committee, invest in necessary infrastructure and resources, prioritize community engagement, and provide training programs to enhance the skills of barangay secretaries to ensure the system's success. The findings of the study can inform future research and serve as a model for other cities that aim to implement similar systems.
