  Strengthening its presence on the global higher education map, the Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) was recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) for its performance in the 2025 Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings. The recognition was formally conferred during the “Ranked & Recognized: A Celebration of Philippine Higher Education Excellence” held at the CHED Central Office in Quezon City on June 24.

  In its continuing efforts to improve graduate employability and streamline job placement services, the Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) started the onboarding of its Career Portal in a virtual meeting with SeeMeSol Inc. on June 24, 2025. The onboarding session marked the beginning of ISPSC’s collaboration with SeeMESol Inc., a solutions provider offering end-to-end career management platforms for higher education institutions.
