  • ISPSC participants enter top 3 in BFAR's Fish on Dish for Bizz


    Ms. Jane V. Rabago and Mr. Andrei E. Soriano, Food Technology Instructors of ISPSC Santiago, were among the top 3 qualifiers during the Fish on Dish for a Bizz competition organized by the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) on September 19, 2024 at BFAR Regional Office, Goverment Center, Barangay Sevilla in San Fernando City, La Union.
    The said event is one of the events during the 61st Fish Conservation Week of BFAR with the theme "Sama-sama tungo sa Maunlad at Likas-Kayang Pangisdaan sa Bagong Pilipinas".
    Furthermore, the said event aimed to showcase the cooking skills of Instructors and Professors of Food Technology and Hotel and Restaurant Management courses. It also aimed to discover unique recipe out of Galunggong as the main ingredient.
    Participants from Mariano Marcos State University and University of Northern Philippines joined the ISPSC participants in the top 3.
    Winners will be announced on September 27, 2024.#
