The Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs of the Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) conducted the Intensive Training of Trainers on Outcomes-Based Syllabus Development, Assessment, and Curriculum Harmonization on June 24–25, 2026, at the RDETC Building in ISPSC Main Campus, to demonstrate commitment to excellence and quality assurance.

The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College continues to strengthen its global presence through the participation of ISPSC President Mario P. Obrero in the Global Sustainable Development Congress (GSDC) 2026 being  held at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition in BSD City, Jakarta, Indonesia  on June 22-25, 2026.

The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College recorded a significant improvement in the Times Higher Education (THE) Sustainability Impact Rankings 2026, advancing to the 1001-1500 band from its previous 1501+ placement in 2025.
