ISPSC inks MOA with KWF

J.P Laurel St., San Miguel, Maynila- Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) inked a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino (KWF) on February 27, 2025.

The said MOA was inked for the establishment of the Sentro ng Wika at Kultura (SWK) at ISPSC.

Dr. Christine N. Ferrer (OIC, Office of the President), Dr. Christian C. Gandeza (Director for Extension), and Dr. Ranec A. Azarias (Director for Internationalization) attended the said MOA signing.

Dr. Arthur P. Casanova, Chairperson of Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino, was also present during the said signing.

In the MOA signing, complimentary copies of books for the SWK were handed to ISPSC.

Dr. Ferrer shared a message emphasizing the significance of the SWK's establishment at ISPSC.

"Ang Sentro ng Wika at Kultura ay magiging isang mahalagang hakbang sa pagpapaigting ng ating pagmamahal at pag-unawa sa ating identidad bilang mga Pilipino. Sa mga programang ilulunsad dito, inaasahan natin na mas mapapalawak ang kaalaman ng bawat isa, lalo na ng mga kabataan, hinggil sa kahalagahan ng wika at kultura sa ating pang-araw-araw na buhay," Dr. Ferrer mentioned.#
