Admission Requirements:

A. For New Students who graduated prior to AY 2014-15

• Form 138 (HS Card/Report of Rating)/ALS Certificate
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• 2 Copies of latest ID picture (2” x 2”)
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by PSA
• ISPSC College Admission Test Result

Submit the ff. at the Scholarship Office to avail of FREE TUITION FEE:

• Certificate of Indigency (Barangay)
• Certificate of Indigency (Local DSWD)

B. For Transferees

•  Transfer Certificate which include Certification of Grades
• 2 copies latest ID picture (2” x 2”)
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by PSA
• ISPSC College Admission Test Result

 Submit the ff. at the Scholarship Office to avail of FREE TUITION FEE:

• Certificate of Indigency (Barangay)
• Certificate of Indigency (Local DSWD)

C. For  ALS PASSERS from previous years until CY 2015

• Certificate of Completion/Eligibility
• Report of Rating
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Birth Certificate (issued by PSA)
• 2 pcs 2” x 2” picture
• ISPSC College Admission Test Result

Submit the ff. at the Scholarship Office to avail of FREE TUITION FEE:

D .  For OLD STUDENTS

Submit the ff. at the Scholarship Office to avail of FREE TUITION FEE:

• Certificate of Indigency (Barangay)
• Certificate of Indigency (Local DSWD)
• Duly accomplished Registration Form
• Certificate of Final Grades for the previous semester

E .  For SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

• Senior High School Admission Test (SHAT)
• NCAE Result
• Form 138 (Report of Rating)
• Registration Form duly filled up

ISPSC now offers Lifelong Learner Track to the following:

1. Those who graduated from high school before 2016
2. Students who stopped schooling or dropped before they could earn a degree
3. ALS passers who graduated before Calendar Year 2016
4. Graduates of Technical-Vocational and Training (TVET) Courses
5. High School graduates and drop-outs in college who are now employed but willing to pursue a college degree

July 17 - 21, 2017 - All Second Year Students

July 24 - 28, 2017 - All Third Year Students

July 31 - Aug. 4, 2017 - All Fourth & Fifth Year Students

August 7, 2017 - START OF CLASSES
