Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College

A total of 854 scholarship grantees from Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College, Nicosat Colleges, and St. Mary's College of Sta. Maria gathered at the ISPSC Main Campus Gymnasium today for the distribution of scholarship allowances, opening of grantees’ accounts, and the conduct of a beneficiary orientation for the Commission on Higher Education’s (CHED) Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) and Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES).

The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) awarded degrees to 3,820 graduates, 443 of whom earned Latin honors, during its 28th Commencement Exercises on May 6 at the Candon City Arena.

In its first-ever entry into the global Top 10, the Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) secured Rank 8 in Crisis Management (A5) in the 2026 World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI), while advancing to Rank 204 overall, moving up 60 places from its Rank 264 standing in 2025.
