ISPSC's prexy gets Most Outstanding CEO Global award

STA. MARIA, ILOCOS SUR - Dr. Gilbert R. Arce, SUC President III of the Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC), recently received the “Most Outstanding CEO Global Award CEO Global Award (Education)” from Asian Council of Leaders, Administrators, Deans and Educators in Business (ACLADEB).
He was presented with the award during the two-day 9th ACLADEB convention held at the Vigan Convention Center on January 26-27, 2023.
The ACLADEB Board of Trustees selected Dr. Arce among the equally venerable nominees who were endorsed by the Executive Committee.
He was recognized for his great contributions in the education field, particularly in his influence to inspire others and to employ the values of the organization.
He was invited in the awarding ceremony via electronic mail delivered on January 22, 2023.
“Your immense contribution to the field of your expertise has set remarkable benchmarks to multifarious human activities and brought hope to many that aspire to do the same while inspiring others to yield for more. Your deeds have mirrored the values that our organization has set to accomplish,” reads the mail.
