Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College

The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) and the Candon Youth for Empowerment Movement, Inc. (CYM) officially formalized their partnership in support of the Babbai Agsalaknib Project through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signed at the Office of the President, ISPSC Main Campus on September 4, 2026. 

The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College joined the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Sta. Maria in the opening of Tourism Month through the signing of a Partnership Agreement and a series of capability-building lectures aimed at strengthening the local balikutsa and sugarcane-based products industry on September 1 at Barangay Maynganay Norte Covered Court, Sta. Maria, Ilocos Sur.

Itinampok ng Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) ang pelikula bilang lunsaran ng talakayan sa wikang Filipino, kultura, at artificial intelligence sa isinagawang Sine-Tertulya 2026 noong Agosto 27 sa Main Campus, kaugnay ng pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa.
