Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College, Candon City, Ilocos Sur – In anticipation of the first-ever Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSEPPT) to be held at the Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) Candon City Campus on March 2, 2025, the Civil Service Commission (CSC) conducted a specialized training for test administrators on February 13 and 14, 2025.

Aiming to ensure the smooth and efficient administration of the upcoming examination, CSC Regional Office 1 (RO1) facilitated the Professionalized Corps of Test Administrators (PROCTAD) Training, which was attended by various ISPSC personnel and other government agency personnel. The training, delivered in two batches, lasted six hours each day, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

This initiative is crucial as it marks the first Career Service Examination to be held at the ISPSC Candon City Campus. The PROCTAD training focused on equipping test administrators with the necessary skills and knowledge to handle all aspects of the examination process, ensuring high standards of accuracy, security, and efficiency.

With this preparation, the CSC aims to provide a seamless testing experience for all candidates while maintaining the integrity of the examination process. This training, conducted in collaboration with ISPSC, reflects the commitment of both institutions to public service excellence and the professionalization of government examinations. #
