The event was graced by distinguished speakers and started with the Opening Remarks by His Excellency, Hon. David Hartman, Ambassador of Canada to the Philippines, Hon. Prospero De Vera, CHED Secretary, along with the other notable speakers from the education sector, following the message of Dr. Christine N. Ferrer, CHED Regional Director IV and ISPSC's OIC to the Office of the President, and with other speakers.
