ISPSC holds ceremonial implementation of the IRR of RA 11755

The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) held the ceremonial implementation of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 11755 on April 17, 2023 at ISPSC Main. 

The key officials of the college headed by Dr. Gilbert R. Arce (SUC President III), Dr. Elizabeth M. Gacusana (former President of North Luzon Philippines State College), Honorable Ericson Singson and Honorable Jimboy Singson the representatives of Honorable Eric D. Singson and Honorable Kristine Singson-Meehan, and other stakeholders of the college attended the said event. 

The new Research, Development and Extension Training Center and Multi-purpose Center were also inaugurated during the event. 

“ISPSC will become a model institution for institutions that will undergo merging [as stated by Congressman Mark Go],” Dr. Arce said during his speech.
