Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College

The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC), through its Quality Assurance Office, strengthened its accreditation readiness by capacitating faculty and staff from various campuses on the new guidelines for Levels III and IV program accreditation issued by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP) during an orientation program held at the Hostel Conference Room, ISPSC Main Campus, on August 20, 2026.

ISPSC President Dr. Mario P. Obrero was conferred the Plaque of Commendation for Visionary Leadership in Higher Education  during the 2026 UNIFIED International Educators’ Summit held on August 16, 2026, in Cagayan de Oro City.

The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) showcased its growing presence in the international research community as faculty and academic leaders from various campuses earned multiple awards at the UNIFFIED International Multidisciplinary Research Conference 2026, held on August 14–17, 2026, at Limketkai Luxe Hotel, Cagayan de Oro City.
