More than just a contract, the CNA symbolizes the commitment of both management and employees to work together in mutual respect, understanding, and to further the institution’s growth.
By registering the CNA with the CSC, the rights of both the Federated Faculty Union and the Federated Non-Teaching Personnel Union are officially recognized in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the Civil Service Commission. The registration of this agreement marks a significant milestone in strengthening the partnership between ISPSC’s faculty, non-teaching staff, and management. It reflects the growing recognition of the rights of public sector workers and sets a positive example for other government institutions in promoting constructive labor relations and effective governance.
This event reaffirms ISPSC’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and respect, ensuring that both faculty and non-teaching personnel can contribute meaningfully to the institution’s academic excellence and continued development.#
