Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College

I have received a report that sixteen (16) BS Tourism and BS Hospitality Management students of Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) are stranded at Clark International Airport because a bus that was supposed to pick them up was not able to travel because of the quarantine restrictions. Five (5) other ISPSC students have decided to stay in Boracay and are under the care of their host establishment.
