ISPSC President Dr. Mario P. Obrero met with Ilocos Sur Governor Jerry Singson and Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda today, May 28, to reinforce collaboration on fisheries research based at the ISPSC Narvacan Campus.

A promising step toward advancing science, technology, and disaster resilience, Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) and the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Candon City held a preliminary meeting today, May 27, at the Candon City Hall Conference Room, to discuss the proposed Candon 1 Satellite Project.
