ISPSC Sta. Maria Campus Recognizes Senior High School Graduates and Awardees

Marking a significant milestone in their academic journey, the Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) Sta. Maria Campus recognized the accomplishments of its Laboratory High School students during the 8th Senior High School Graduation held on May 15, with the theme, “Empowering Communities Through Academic Excellence and Innovation”.

In his message, ISPSC President Dr. Mario P. Obrero emphasized that excellence goes beyond high grades, highlighting the importance of discipline, perseverance, and integrity. He also stressed that education, when combined with purpose, has the “power to transform lives.”

Maj. Rose Lyn D. Umalla of the Philippine Air Force, who served as the guest speaker, also encouraged the students to use their knowledge to empower their communities and to always aim higher in their pursuits.

This event, together with the ceremony at ISPSC Tagudin, formally commenced the series of graduation ceremonies scheduled across the ISPSC campuses for this year.
