NEWS ISPSC sets up career portal to strengthen graduate employability services

In its continuing efforts to improve graduate employability and streamline job placement services, the Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) started the onboarding of its Career Portal in a virtual meeting with SeeMeSol Inc. on June 24, 2025.

The onboarding session marked the beginning of ISPSC’s collaboration with SeeMESol Inc., a solutions provider offering end-to-end career management platforms for higher education institutions.

Representing ISPSC during the meeting were Dr. Filipinas M. Gasalao, Vice President for Academic Affairs; Dr. VJ Barayuga, Director for Digital and ICT Development; Mrs. Florence D. Sembrano, Director for Alumni Affairs; and Mrs. Princess Racca of the Guidance Services Unit.

The session was led by Ms. Divtah Pertamidian, Customer Services-Onboarding Specialist of SeeMESol Inc., who walked the ISPSC team through the technical and administrative aspects of the platform setup. Dr. Barayuga has also been designated as the main administrator for the ISPSC Career Portal and is currently undergoing the SeeMeConnect Onboarding Course.

The ISPSC Career Portal is designed to serve as a centralized platform for job matching, alumni monitoring, employer engagement, and student career services, aimed at strengthening institutional support for students and graduates. (JGP)
