  • ISPSC holds Fulbright Information Session for scholarship and fellowship opportunities

    Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) conducted an Information Session on the Fulbright Scholarship and Fellowship Programs on March 3, 2026, at the ISPSC Tagudin Campus.

    The activity was held in coordination with the Philippine-American Educational Foundation (Fulbright Philippines) to promote international academic opportunities for faculty members, staff, and students across campuses.

    Ms. Mila Tan, Program Officer, and Ms. Jabes Florian Lazaro, Program Assistant of Fulbright Philippines, served as resource speakers. They presented the various Fulbright programs, eligibility requirements, application procedures, and submission timelines.

    The session was attended by ISPSC President Mario P. Obrero, Tagudin Campus Director Dr. Daniel Juan Ramirez, along with faculty members and staff from different ISPSC campuses, reflecting the College’s strong interest in expanding global academic linkages and supporting advanced education abroad.

    An open forum concluded the activity, allowing attendees to seek clarification and gain further insight into the scholarship and fellowship programs. (EMQT)
