The MOA was signed by ISPSC President Mario P. Obrero, and Hon. Ericson G. Singson, CAPSA President, in the presence of witnesses: Dr. Filipinas M. Gasalao, Vice President for Academic Affairs; Dr. Sheryl S. Morata, Campus Director of ISPSC Main; Dr. John Paul R.
