  • ISPSC fosters faith and unity through Recollection and Thanksgiving Mass for President’s Day

In line with the celebration of President’s Day 2026, Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) held a session centered on spiritual renewal and strengthened workplace relationships among its personnel at the ISPSC Main Campus Gymnasium, March 26.

Anchored on the theme “Renewing the Heart of Service: Reengineering Moral Values and Strengthening Human Relations among ISPSC Personnel,” the activity gathered employees of the institution in a recollection facilitated by Rev. Fr. Florentino E. Escalona.

He highlighted that communication, forgiveness, collaboration, and presence are relevant for reengineering and strengthening the hearts of leaders and employees.

Following the recollection, a Eucharistic Celebration was held in honor of the first anniversary of the presidency of Dr. Mario P. Obrero. The Mass was presided over by Most Rev. David William V. Antonio, D.D., together with Rev. Fr. Florentino Escalona, Rev. Fr. Lovell Soller, Rev. Fr. Geronimo Realin, and Rev. Fr. Divinus Sanctus Rabang.

The afternoon session forms part of the two-day President’s Day celebration, which underscores not only institutional achievements but also the importance of values formation and unity among its workforce. (MVB)
