Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College

The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) held the ceremonial implementation of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 11755 on April 17, 2023 at ISPSC Main. 

The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College ranked 3rd among the top-ranking State Colleges with the highest number of programs granted with Level II accreditation status in 2022 by the Accrediting Agency of Charter Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP), Inc. 

The following Doctorate programs are now being offered at Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (soon to be University of Ilocos Philippines): Doctor of Education in Educational Management, Doctor of Philosophy in English Language Education, Doctor of Philosophy in Agronomy, Doctor of Philosophy in Technology Education Management
