Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College

Strengthening its presence on the global higher education map, the Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) was recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) for its performance in the 2025 Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings. The recognition was formally conferred during the “Ranked & Recognized: A Celebration of Philippine Higher Education Excellence” held at the CHED Central Office in Quezon City on June 24.
