Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College

In a continued effort to foster excellence in local governance through collaborative and multi-stakeholder partnerships, the Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG Ilocos Sur) formally signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) today, June 11, marking ISPSC’s renewed commitment as a key member of the Expanded Multi-Stakeholder Advisory Committee (MSAC) under the Local Governance Provincial Resource Center (LGPRC).

The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) and the DA-Philippine Carabao Center at MMSU convened on June 10 at the ISPSC Main Campus to explore collaborative initiatives aimed at enhancing carabao production and promoting sustainable agriculture and livestock development within the college.

The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) Tagudin Campus, in collaboration with the United Federation of Fil-Am Educators (UNIFFIED) Tagudin Chapter, successfully conducted a leadership seminar on June 9, 2025, in Candon City. Themed “Unified Leadership: Empowering Others Through Shared Purpose,” the event aimed to strengthen the leadership capacities of faculty members by promoting unity, purpose, and integrity within the academic community.
