The Indigenous People Education (IPED) Research Center of the Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC), in collaboration with NAKEM Conferences International and the University of Hawai‘i at M?noa Ilokano Program, held the 1st ISPSC International Lecture Series on Indigeneity Studies on December 6, 2025, via Zoom.

Dr. Joel C. Ferrer of Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) Sta. Maria Campus emerged as Best Presenter during the 5th International Multidisciplinary Conference on Engineering and Technology, Education, Management, and Development Studies (IMCETEMDS) held on December 4-6, 2025, at Legazpi City, Albay.

The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) was recognized by the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) Ilocos Sur Chapter for its continuing support to the province’s voluntary blood donation program.
