Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College

The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) participated in the 20th NAKEM Conference at the University of Hawaii at Manoa on November 19-21, 2025, joining scholars and cultural advocates in discussions anchored on the theme “Coming in Full Circle: Reevaluating Language Justice, Cultural Democracy & Emancipatory Education.”

Thirty-four newly appointed teaching and non-teaching personnel formally took their oath of office on December 1, officiated by ISPSC President Mario P. Obrero at the Office of the President, Main Campus.

To strengthen alignment with institutional priorities and ongoing accreditation efforts, the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) of Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) convened a strategic meeting on August 6 at the Research and Development Training Center, Main Campus.
