Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College

The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College, through its Research, Development, and Extension (RDE), has taken another significant step in advancing sustainable agricultural development after receiving the first tranche of funding worth ?2,499,640.00 from the Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA), part of the College's total ?5 million grant, for the implementation of the 2025 Massive Coconut Planting Program (MCPP) on July 27, 2026.

As part of its continuing commitment to internationalization and academic excellence, the Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College expands global partnership through MOA signing, research partnership, and international lectures with Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan (STIKes) RS Husada, Jakarta, Indonesia, on July 21–22, 2026.

The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) strengthened its commitment to quality assurance by participating in the 1st Workshop on University's IQA Implementation in the Philippines Utilizing the AUN-QA IQA Management Toolkit Version 1.3, held on July 14–16, 2026 at Marikina Polytechnic College for the Luzon Cluster.
