  • BulSU conducts benchmarking visit at ISPSC

    Officials and representatives from Bulacan State University (BulSU) visited the Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) on October 7, 2026, for a benchmarking activity focused on flexible and lifelong learning initiatives.

    The BulSU delegation, composed of representatives from its Educational Development Office (EDO) and Student Policy Development Office (SPDO), sought to gain insights into ISPSC’s practices and approaches in; Open and Distance e-Learning (ODeL) Programs; Micro-credentials and short-term certification courses; and Lifelong learning and continuing education programs. 

    The delegation was led by Dr. Elmira Trina C. Pelayo, Chancellor of External Campuses, together with Dr. Leonora De Jesus, Director of EDO, and Dr. Dianne Gloria, Director of SPDO.

    The benchmarking activity provided an opportunity for both institutions to exchange experiences, discuss institutional practices, and explore approaches that may contribute to the development of flexible and lifelong learning pathways in higher education.
