Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College

The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) has once again proven its commitment to quality and excellence after passing the second external surveillance audit for ISO 9001:2015 with zero non-conformity on June 16-17, 2025. The W3 Solutionz audit team, led by Ms. Cristy Rioja, Team Leader, and Ms. Monette Marasigan, Team Member, commended ISPSC for its sustained adherence to international quality management standards, affirming that no minor or major non-conformities were found.

Anchored to its vision, UIP 2030: A Smart, Globally Competitive, and Responsive State University, the Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) commenced the Futures Thinking and Strategic Foresight Training-Workshop cum Strategic Planning on June 16, held at 456 Hotel, Baguio City. The event, which will run until June 20, brings together key college officials and members of the administrative council to align institutional goals with long-term strategies as part of ISPSC’s major initiatives under the leadership of President Mario P. Obrero.

In a commitment to promote sustainable agriculture and community nutrition, the Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) officially signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with four DepEd Philippines schools: San Esteban National High School, Santa Maria National High School, Burgos National High School, and Santiago National High School on June 16, 2025.
